Wayne Madhlangobe is an experienced Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) and Decision Scientist with an extensive background in developing and implementing advanced analytics solutions in large organizations. He started in career in aviation as an Air Traffic Controller and holds a private pilot license. He has a PhD in Information Systems specializing on Big Data Analytics techniques and applications. His analytics career started at Verizon Communications solving technician scheduling problems. Currently he works at Air Canada, as Director, AI leading the AI Transformation in the organization.
