Expansion of restaurant development is a key strategic initiative for McDonald's over the near term. This session discusses ML techniques used to support decision-making around new site selection. We highlight the business use case, the techniques we used, how we were able to leverage Databricks Platform (including Databricks Marketplace) to enhance the workflow at a global scale, and ultimately, the business outcomes it drove.
