Brian is the Founder and CEO of Unstructured. Unstructured has quickly emerged as a critical capability in the LLM ecosystem, with tens of thousands of companies using its technology. Previously, Brian helped build and scale another machine learning company, Primer AI. While in government, Brian served as the Iraq Country Director on the National Security Council, advising President Obama on foreign policy matters concerning Iraq, ISIS, and the Middle East. Brian also served as an Intelligence Analyst and Briefer at the Central Intelligence Agency, where he completed multiple war zone tours. Brian has an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA/MA in Political Science from the University of California, Davis.
