Bruce leads our internal Data Platform function at Databricks. We build, own and operate our enterprise lakehouse for Databricks where all employees and all teams inside use Data and AI to solve problems and guide our decisions. Previously Bruce held technical leadership roles at Netflix, Twilio and StitchFix where he gained deep experience building planet scale systems in a cloud-native environment. Bruce also formed the Chaos Engineering team and led the initiative at Netflix to achieve ultimate resilience. Bruce has also shares his experience and insights serving on product advisory boards previously for DataDog, PagerDuty, currently for DataBricks.
