Corinne manages SCAN's organizational strategy and adoption of Emerging Technologies, including the development of a Responsible AI Code of Conduct and education programs on AI utilization. She anchors her work in the Consumer Experience & Insights team, which manages an NLP pipeline and predictive models for member experiences.

Corinne also serves as an Extension Lecturer at the University of Washington, where she leads a course on Healthcare Analytics. Her commitment to education is evident in her curriculum development, focusing on healthcare use cases and technical subjects like analytical framework and data quality.
