Eric J. McCool is Director of the Digital Services, Analytics, and Insights Division at the Minnesota Department of Human Services, Office of Inspector General where he leads teams focused on analytics and insights, digital services, digital service design, and digital service experience and operations. The people in his division are co creating pioneering cutting-edge digital services and analytic insights and solutions that are transforming the delivery of human services in Minnesota. Eric earned a B.A. from Luther College and J.D. from Western Michigan University Law School and is licensed to practice law in Minnesota.
