Jonathan M. Tan, MD, MPH, MBI, FASA, is the Vice Chair for Analytics and Clinical Effectiveness and an Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology and Spatial Sciences at the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California. He leads patient safety, quality improvement, and analytics across the Department of Anesthesiology Critical Care Medicine. Dr. Tan’s research brings together electronic health records and environmental data to understand and identify scalable solutions that improve the health of children. His work demonstrates that innovative partnerships and data solutions can revolutionize children’s healthcare.
