Luke is the Head of Analytics and AI at TD and is responsible for driving the continued adoption of Analytics and AI to deliver great outcomes for customers and colleagues.
Previously, he was VP, Retail Products, TD, responsible for chequing account, savings, and overdraft portfolios for 10MM customers. Luke took a data-driven, customer-centric approach to remove customer irritants and grow the business.
He is a recognized leader with 20+ years of experience, globally, in Banking and Engineering.
He has proven expertise in leading analytical teams in Commercial, Marketing and Risk analytics and Product ownership.
Luke sits on the Board of First Book Canada, an organization that removes barriers to education for kids in need.
