Rex Phillips lives in Colorado with his amazing wife and four above-average sons. He is a senior manager in Accenture's Data and AI practice and for the last fifteen years he has been aligned to the Health and Public Service industry. He joined the CA Department of Public Health team at the outbreak of COVID, where he worked as an architect and AI SME first for the Contact Tracing program and more recently as part of CA's immunization efforts.
