Truls is the founder of Okeanos AS - Titans of Data, a Norwegian consultancy company specializing in data architecture, data engineering and data science. Truls is a master of science in mechanics, thermo- and fluid mechanics at NTNU (Trondheim), but has been working with data warehousing, business intelligence and analytics for the last 23 years. Having worked as a consultant for industries such as telecom, construction, detail, travel, logistics, shipping, energy, finance and different public sectors, he is one of Norway's most experienced data architects. Currently he is contracted as the lead architect of the data warehouse at the Norwegian Tax Administration, and also a central architect for the new analytical platform on Databricks.
