Will began his career in the elevator industry but discovered he liked the problem of optimizing maintenance and repair routes more than managing service accounts. This led him to a masters in operations research and then into the related fields of analytics and data science. He has worked as a data scientist at Boeing for the last 6 years building data products and decision support tools for commercial aviation.
