In this customer facing role, Tina is responsible for helping EMEA businesses drive data innovation typically as an important component of an enterprise wide transformation initiative. As head of data innovation, Tina works directly with senior business executives to design a data management approach, future state information management capabilities and consult with executives on the execution of their data strategy. As a business strategy professional, Tina has more than 25 years of experience in business process re-engineering, defining business impact and leading transformation programs. During her 18 years at SAP, Tina has held executive positions in business operations, consulting management, and corporate strategy. Her expertise ranges from building best practice enterprise programs, defining data management innovations, driving data technology development, and managing teams of data stewards and data operations. Over the past 8 years Tina has been an SAP operational executive, reporting to the COO/CIO. As head of SAP’s data governance program, Tina was responsible for SAP’s own data governance program across lines of business and for leading the enterprise data strategy across SAP. In her data strategy role, Tina excelled at defining and implementing the information management framework from business strategy through to technical enablement and continuous improvement. A recognized expert in information management, Tina is regularly requested to speak at industry events and lead SAP’s Chief Data Officer engagement. Under her guidance, SAP’s internal Enterprise Data Management team is a recognized industry leader having received awards for its data quality approach, overall organizational structure, and the programs’ overall return on investment. Tina also serves as President of the European chapter of the Women in Big Data network whose mission is to promote diversity in the field of data management. She lives with her family in Paris, France.
Marijse works as a Data Scientist for Capgemini's Insights and Data practice in the UK. She has applied her data science and statistical skills to a range of business problems across sectors (utility, fast moving consumer goods, retail and industrial) to successfully deliver actionable business insights to a clients. In addition, Marijse has worked with World Rugby to deliver innovations to help engage new and existing fans of the Rugby Seven Series.
