With over 300 million downloads in India and 700,000 MAU on PUBG IP, KRAFTON operates a massive data ecosystem, processing tens of terabytes daily. As real-time analytics demands increased, traditional Batch-based processing faced scalability challenges. To address this, we redesigned data pipelines and governance models, improving performance while reducing costs.
