The Move to Cloud initiative represents far more than a technological migration; it marks a milestone in the bank’s digital transformation journey. Delivered through collaboration across data platform, data engineering, infrastructure, architecture and centralized ingestion, it established a new foundation for data. The program migrated 16 petabytes from Cloudera and ScyllaDB environments to a modern, secure and scalable cloud architecture, increasing speed, efficiency and resilience for business growth and data-driven decisions. It also generated USD 40 million in projected cost avoidance over five years and reduced 216,000 vulnerabilities, representing 38% of the technology landscape, engaging more than 100 organizational areas. More than a project, it transformed how the bank manages and values data, positioning technology as a driver of competitiveness and future innovation.
