Josiah Seaman
Josiah is a data scientist working in biotech, specializing in data visualization and analysis. He follows technology advancements in the fields of AI/Machine Learning, molecular biology, and sustainable energy. Josiah received his PhD in Bioinformatics from Queen Mary University of London in 2021. He’s developed multiple genome visualization tools such as DNASkittle, and FluentDNA which uses a geospatial approach to genome visualization. He’s also led two hackathons on genome graph summarization, called Pantograph. His analysis software has been used in epidemic prevention, oil spill prevention, and CRISPR quality control.
