Sailesh leads the AI Center of Excellence for 7-Eleven, building and scaling an AI/ML Platform for the enterprise for faster time to market. He also leads multiple teams on Personalization, Forecasting, Store Intelligence, CRM, Fraud detection etc with strategic focus on AI Innovation including GenAI, NLP and Computer Vision.
Sailesh has extensive experience with Innovation/moon-shot projects, taking ideas from ideation to reality by building and proving out the cashierless store and an automated self-checkout system, resulting in 90+ granted patents.
