You’ll operate at the intersection of live production, broadcast engineering, and internal tooling, ensuring our teams can communicate effectively at scale. In addition to running critical productions, you’ll define the workflows, and standards that power internal media across offices and remote environments globally.

This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong technical depth, operational excellence, and the ability to support a wide range of internal stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

Lead Internal Productions

  • Own technical production for internal events including all-hands, executive communications, trainings, and internal broadcasts
  • Serve as Technical Director or Lead Producer for high-visibility internal moments
  • Ensure seamless delivery across in-room, livestream, and video conferencing audiences

Build & Scale Internal Production Systems

  • Design and standardize workflows across internal event spaces, studios, and remote setups
  • Define and maintain a production playbook to ensure consistency across internal events
  • Improve and scale internal production infrastructure to support global teams

Operate at a Deep Technical Level

  • Lead multi-destination signal workflows (In room, live stream, recording, conferencing platforms)
  • Integrate AV systems with internal tools (e.g., video conferencing platforms, collaboration tools)
  • Troubleshoot live production issues quickly with minimal disruption to internal audiences

Partner Across the Company

  • Work directly with internal stakeholders (Execs, Comms, HR, Enablement, Events) to define production needs
  • Translate business requirements into clear, executable production plans
  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors when needed

Elevate Internal Experience Quality

  • Continuously improve the quality, reliability, and scalability of internal productions
  • Create training materials and documentation to enable self-service and team growth
  • Mentor team members and elevate production capabilities across offices

What We’re Looking For

Core Requirements

  • 8+ years in live production, broadcast, or media production roles
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Audio/video signal flow
  • Video switching / technical direction
  • Live streaming and remote production tools (e.g., VMix or similar)
  • Experience supporting distributed or multi-location production environments
  • Strong communication skills, especially when working with non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • BA/BS or equivalent practical experience

Staff-Level Signals

  • You’ve supported executive-facing or high-visibility internal communications
  • You design systems and workflows that scale across teams and locations
  • You operate with high ownership and autonomy in ambiguous environments
  • You proactively identify risks and ensure reliability for critical internal moments
  • You influence stakeholders across functions without direct authority

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting internal communications, corporate events, or enablement programs
  • Familiarity with enterprise video conferencing and collaboration tools
  • Experience with IP-based video (NDI, SRT, 2110) or cloud-based production workflows
  • Background in motion graphics or internal content production
