As a Sr. Analyst, Talent Acquisition Operations, you will play a vital role in supporting the success of our global recruiting processes by combining data-driven insights with emerging AI and automation capabilities. As part of the TA Operations team, you will help scale and optimize recruiting through thoughtful application of AI tools, while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and a strong human-in-the-loop approach across all workflows. This role requires strong analytical and organizational skills to translate business needs into efficient, tech-enabled solutions that drive measurable impact.
The Impact You Will Have:
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of medium to large strategic initiatives, with some direction from leadership.
- Oversee, maintain, and transform the current Employee Referral Program, leveraging data and automation to streamline payments, and drive better candidate quality and hiring outcomes.
- Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for process improvement and scalability across global hiring strategies
- Drive monthly prioritization and roadmap initiatives by translating problems into actionable project plans.
- Respond to and resolve Tier 2 inquiries from employees regarding recruiting systems and processes.
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment with stakeholders across Talent Acquisition and adjacent teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus among internal stakeholders.
- Create and maintain documentation to support TA processes and best practices.
What We Look For:
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and execute moderately complex tasks with some supervision.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decision-making in hiring processes.
- Demonstrated ability to document requirements for moderately complex processes and support systems implementations.
- Ability to identify key pain points in recruiting processes and recommend improvements through automation or process optimization.
- Experience creating reports or dashboards based on stakeholder needs to better understand recruiting metrics.
- Confidence in identifying operational inefficiencies or cross-functional dependencies within TA processes and proposing solutions with some direction from leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully contributing to strategic initiatives in fast-paced environments.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects simultaneously under moderate supervision.
- Experience in change management, particularly in supporting global recruiting process improvements.
- Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to guide stakeholders through evolving ways of working, including AI adoption
