Mission

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our Executive Support Center of Excellence in Costa Rica. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing each EA, and will build processes that support their ability to effectively support executives across the company. This position requires an operational leader with excellent communication skills and previous experience managing 10+ executive assistants.

Impact you will have:

  • Leadership and Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10+ Executive Assistants to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between executives, EAs, and other departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the EA team, ensuring efficient management of executives' schedules, meetings, and communications.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with senior management to align the EA team's objectives with the company's strategic goals while establishing the right framework to operate as a Center of Excellence (CoE).
  • Cross-Functional Team Building: Develop a framework for the team to operate as a cross-functional unit, supporting multiple departments within the company.

What we look for:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in managing a team of executive assistants or similar roles
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams or projects within a corporate setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships at all levels
  • Flexibility to adjust working hours to accommodate different time zones (primarily U.S. time zones)
  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to work in a diverse, global environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Fluent in English (C1 level or above) and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
