As an EBC Manager at Databricks, you will be a strategic leader responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving high-impact executive briefing experiences for our most important customers and prospects. You will manage the end-to-end EBC program at your site, curate tailored content and agendas, and serve as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and C-level customer stakeholders. This is a highly cross-functional role, requiring close collaboration with Sales, Field Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Facilities to drive business outcomes, accelerate product adoption, and deepen executive relationships.

The impact you will have:
- EBC Program Management
- Own and scale the EBC program at your site, including demand generation, agenda coordination, content curation, and success reporting.
- Develop and maintain best practices, playbooks, and operational frameworks for consistent, high-quality delivery.
- Partner with Facilities and vendors to ensure seamless logistics, venue setup, and hospitality for on-site briefings.
- Gain an understanding of various partner offerings that enhance the Datrabricks portfolio.
- Keep up to date with the developments in Datrabricks solutions through training and collaborating closely with product, field engineering, and enablement teams.
- Lead on-site EBCs with customers to ensure they are delivering the ideal customer experience and executed with quality leadership by the account team and content delivery by speakers.
- Briefing Planning & Execution
- Lead the planning, organization, and execution of executive briefings for high-value customers, ensuring each engagement is tailored to business needs and sales opportunities.
- Advise account teams on strategy, content, speakers, demos, and best practices to maximize the impact of each EBC.
- Lead EBC engagement strategy/calls to gain an understanding of goals and opportunities.
- Recommend / advise on the right strategy and approach, including appropriate EBC agenda content that comprehensively covers Databricks solutions to address customer needs and target business outcomes.
- Develop tailored insights and use data/conduct research specific to each account to inform the selection of topics.
- Comprehend the customer business needs and problems addressed by Datrabricks' solutions.
- Content Development & Delivery
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Field Engineering to develop compelling, business-outcome-focused briefing materials, including presentations, demos, and case studies.
- Deliver engaging presentations to executive audiences, adapting messaging to industry, vertical, and customer priorities.
- Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the briefing process, building trust and fostering long-term relationships.
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback and insights, sharing actionable recommendations with internal teams to inform product and sales strategies.
- Continuous Improvement & Sales Support
- Analyze EBC outcomes and customer feedback to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and evolve content offerings.
- Support the Executive Engagement team in enhancing demo and content libraries, and develop repeatable best practices for effective customer engagement.
- Provide feedback and coaching to account teams and speakers for continuous improvement.
- Support the Executive Engagement team leadership in enhancing and improving our content and demo offerings based on customer feedback and observations in EBCs.
- Identify and recommend solutions for gaps in the EBC content offerings.
- Evaluate the impact of EBC agendas and develop repeatable best practices for delivering effective customer engagements.
What we look for:
- 6+ years of experience in executive briefings, meetings management, sales enablement or high-touch B2B customer engagement as an Account Executive or Solutions Architect within a technology or enterprise software company
- Proven ability to manage complex programs and multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to and engaging with C-level executives
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and communicate the value of Databricks’ solutions portfolio
- Experience advising on and developing business-outcome-focused content and agendas for executive audiences
- Highly collaborative, with a track record of working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills; metrics-driven and detail-oriented
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering world-class experiences and building trusted relationships
- Creative problem solver and self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and change.
- Proficiency with Google Suite, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and meeting management tools
- Willingness to travel as needed to support EBCs and executive events in key locations
