IT Product Manager Intern (2025 Start)

Databricks is looking for a Product Manager to help define the roadmap, scoping, and planning efforts for all our employee-centric products. You will work closely with the product owners, leaders, and stakeholders across lines of business to improve Brickster experience, define and shape ideas for business transformation projects into actionable plans aligned with best practices and long-term goals.

The impact you will have:

  • Develop a strong understanding of our Employee Experience tooling environment 
  • Build strong relationships with our internal team and business partners
  • Meet with our business partners and business analysts to define and improve tooling requirements, scope, and success criteria
  • Apply analytical skills working with business and product owners to develop requirements and user stories stemming from product roadmaps
  • Add value to the delivery team by working with the business and product owners to create clarity around business objectives through the development of and refinement of user stories

What we look for:

  • Graduating in Fall 2025 or Spring 2026 with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems)
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and develop strong questions that will enable us to refine scope and measure the definition of success
  • Some knowledge of the common internal business processes preferred (e.g., hiring, talent management practices)
  • Detail-oriented with effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, flexible, team player with solid multi-tasking, time management & organizational skills 

Pay Range Transparency

Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles.  Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
