Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Databricks is looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager who will focus on scaling our APJ region across all paid media channels. You will partner with key stakeholders to guide overall channel plans that map to regional goals, provide strategic scale and optimization opportunities, apply best practices and regional expertise to improve the customer journey, and optimize media mix and campaigns to achieve regional goals.

The impact you will have:

  • As our resident APJ digital expert, you will partner with regional stakeholders to educate them on digital channel capabilities and media best practices to improve internal visibility
  • Working with the global digital team and agency partners, you will help expand regional campaigns into new categories, markets and languages to expand coverage, and improve the customer journey, based on regional needs
  • Working with the global digital team and agency partners, you will bring expertise to improve our global channel strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, and Third-party Media buys
  • You will oversee and present performance and pacing for the APJ region, providing recommendations for optimization
  • Working with regional stakeholders, you will develop regional specific campaigns to help meet the needs of the region
  • You will plan local Third-party Media buys in the region to round out the global strategy for this channel
  • You will ensure we exceed lead generation and pipeline goals for the APJ region overall and within priority markets

What we look for:

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, 4+ years of experience in Paid Search and/or Paid Social
  • B2B marketing experience in a high-growth environment
  • Experience working with complex data sets (Tableau & Google Analytics experience) to make data-informed decisions and share thoughtful insights
  • Experience scaling digital media programs in APJ markets, having worked with stakeholders across multiple countries, languages
  • Expert in Google, Facebook and LinkedIn advertising platforms
