Sr Group Manager, Marketing Technology

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Marketing Operations, the Sr Group Manager Marketing Technology will be instrumental in shaping, owning, and executing our marketing technology strategy. This includes overseeing MarTech product and program management, as well as the planning, implementation, and management of marketing technology initiatives in alignment with our marketing goals and objectives.

The impact you will have:

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing technology strategy in alignment with our marketing goals and objectives
  • Lead and grow a team responsible for the planning, selection, implementation, integration, roll-out and management of marketing technology platforms, tools, and systems
  • Own the product roadmap, including the full scope of requirements needed to deliver end-to-end marketing technology products and solutions
  • Manage business justification for marketing technology initiatives, assess their impact on business outcomes and ROI, and align resources with company priorities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, growth, product, web, analytics, IT, and finance, to ensure strategic alignment and integration of marketing technology
  • Own the marketing technology budget, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and ROI of marketing technology investments
  • Be a strategic advisor to senior leadership on marketing technology-related matters, providing insights and recommendations to support business growth and success.

Pay Range Transparency

The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles.  Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
