Use LakeFlow Connect for Salesforce to predict customer churn

Databricks LakeFlow Connect for Salesforce is a built-in connector for ingesting data directly from the Salesforce Sales Cloud into Databricks.

In this demo, we will look at how a retailer unlocks a high-value use case to reduce customer churn by leveraging customer order insights from Salesforce and their customers’ interactions through the retailer’s various channels. We will see how the data team can easily set up an ingestion pipeline to Salesforce using LakeFlow Connect’s simple UI and combine their data in the Data Intelligence Platform for enriched insights to predict customer churn.
