Since September 2021, we’ve been proud to be certified by Fair Pay Workplace. As part of our ongoing efforts to achieve and maintain pay parity, Databricks undergoes a rigorous evaluation of our pay data and practices and is committed to staying accountable through ongoing pay equity analyses.
Our communities
Databricks Employee Resource Groups help foster a sense of belonging, strengthen our communities and provide support for Bricksters within the broader organization. These inclusive communities are open to all employees seeking to participate and contribute.
In addition to our ERGs, Bricksters often create open social groups focused on various interests to increase their connection to our community.

The Asian Employee Network (AEN) builds a supportive community while celebrating and acknowledging the expansive Asian culture.
Black Employee Network
The Black Employee Network (BEN) provides a place to build meaningful connections for members through social gatherings and professional development opportunities.
Diverse-abilities Network
The Diverse-abilities Network aims to destigmatize disabilities, creating a safe and inclusive space for employees to bring their most authentic self to work.

The Latinx Network promotes inclusion, career growth, leadership, mentorship and networking within Databricks and local communities.
Queeries Network
The Queeries Network creates opportunities to come together and discuss topics important to the LGBTQIA+ community, network and build community.

The Veterans Network facilitates veteran outreach, camaraderie and mentorship opportunities around the veteran community.
