Project Manager, Creative Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Creative Team Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a certified project manager, you will act as the creative team's day-to-day task manager, scoping and assigning all incoming tasks, communicating project updates and managing stakeholder expectations in a timely manner. 

This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budget constraints, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of creative processes. 

The impact you will have:

  • Facilitate our day to day work through task review, information gathering, resource assignments and workflow management
  • Successful stakeholder and vendor management through clear, concise communication, ensuring project alignment against organization goals and priorities and swift and timely action
  • Independently track and monitor project tasks efficiently and effectively addressing feedback and shifting priorities promptly
  • Identify and recommend project and task process and workflow improvements in our ongoing effort to improve efficiency and effectiveness

What we look for:

  • Certifications: Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile)
  • Experience with Creative Tools: Familiarity with design and content creation software such as Figma, Adobe Suite, Asana, Canva
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably within a creative or marketing environment
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and leadership skills
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Proficiency in project management tools and software
    • Understanding of creative processes and design principles
