By equipping faculty with Databricks tools and teaching materials, we are helping students gain the skills and knowledge that will prepare them for real-world careers. Our program started over four years ago with a mission to support institutions in teaching and learning the latest in data and AI technologies. Here is what we offer:

The Data Intelligence Platform for Higher Education is transforming colleges and universities by providing them with complete data visibility to boost research, streamline administration, and enhance student outcomes. At our recent Data + AI Summit, industry sessions led by the North Dakota University System (NDUS) and Western Governors University (WGU) highlighted transformational uses of the Data Intelligence Platform at scale.
The Databricks for Startups program is also a great resource for those transitioning from academia, whether you are leveraging on-campus incubators to turn research ideas into commercial products or doing a startup from your dorm room. We offer credits, expertise, and go-to-market support for founders to scale their businesses with Databricks.
We are committed to nurturing the next generation of Databricks leaders.
